On many projects, customers find it more economical to minimize capital expenses for tooling by opting for manually operated tooling or manually insert molding. Tri-Tech has experience providing moldings adhered to flexible hose, metal shafts, threaded inserts and finally other plastic moldings. We currently provide manually operated or insert molded products from several hundred to hundreds of thousands units per year.

Manually inserted molding provides a low cost way to produce without the expense of automated robotic systems to load the molds. Low volume threaded parts can also be manually unscrewed saving thousands of tooling dollars.
