Efficient Operations
To meet the demands from a wide-range of industries, Tech Tool & Design operates two molding houses with a wealth of mold presses ranging from 30 to 200 tons of clamp force. Our primary plant houses 17 high-quality presses supplemented with a secondary plant featuring an additional 5 complete ‘lights out’ molding lines monitored largely through the Internet. Here, a support shift takes care of the basic part-time responsibilities of product inspection and packaging of daily production.
